Fourth Wing is, without a doubt, one of the most popular books of 2023 and we HAD to talk about it because the second one is coming out soon. This one is a new adult fantasy with sarcastic and sassy dragons, magical powers and extreme sexiness. Violet Sorrengail has always planned on being a scribe like her late father, but her mother, the commanding general of the army of dragonriders, has a different plan for her youngest daughter. She's got to become a dragonrider, too, or else. Literally, it's dragons or die for Violet. Well, she might be small and more fragile than everyone, but she is infinitely more badass than all but one of her fellow cadets. Xaden Riorson, swoon, is the most badass of them all, and he's a lovable asshole, so you know we're in love with him immediately. I'm not going to say anything else here because seriously, you need to read this book, or at least check out our summary and listen to our episode. You won't regret any of it! What a way to end the fifth season of the show!
