In our final episode of 2022, we finish the Sookie Stackhouse series and talk about Dead Ever After by Charlaine Harris. Here we are in our holiday colors! Aren't we cute?
So, what happens in the very last book? Sookie has just wished Sam back to life with the Cluviel Dor, but it turns out, someone elsewhere wants to have that wish and they're really mad that Sookie had the audacity to use her own gift from her own fairy relatives. How dare she? Not only is this person mad at Sookie, but there are at least three other people who also want her dead. Luckily she gets some help from her friends from across the series and, spoiler alert, makes it out okay.
